Itinerary

Canada Working Holiday Summer 2025

When?

The work contract will be for the entire Canadian Summer season. Depending on your location and job role, you will be expected to start working in April/May 2025 and you must be committed to working for the full summer season, which will end in September/October 2025.

Salary

Average salary is minimum CAD 16 per hour, some positions pay slightly more.
Free or subsidized lift-pass, these can still be used in the summer for hiking etc or wellness package for the season (resort specific).

Subsidized staff accommodation

All the resorts and hotels we work with provide subsidised staff accommodation. The style of accommodation varies at each location but all staff housing is shared and you will expect to pay around CAN$150-$200 per week.

Hotel only work is available in the following locations and hotels
Banff - The Fairmont Banff Springs
Lake Louise - The Fairmont Chateau
Whistler - The Fairmont Chateau Whistler and The Four Seasons Resort Whistler
Jasper- The Fairmont Jasper Lodge

When to apply?

From now, the sooner the better.

Interviews will be online over ZOOM and starting in January/February. Exact dates to be confirmed.

Can I specify a particular position that I want to apply for?

Yes, once your application fee has been finalised and you have completed your online application you will be asked to answer our skills-based assessment test where you can put forward your application for a particular position. However, as certain positions are very popular you must consider listing a number of different preferences. Remember, flexibility is an attractive trait for all employers!
