Hatha
Most Yoga classes are a form of Hatha Yoga. This class is a homage to Hatha styles with ancient lineages originating from India. Literally Ha (Sun) Tha (Moon) is the union of polar energies in order to awaken the primary energy through the body (Sushumna). Often a mix of Vinyasa and held poses in an intelligent sequence, this class is the practice of the teacher.

Yin Yoga

Accommodation is Standard Room (Single or Double) at Biyukukung Suites & Spa.

Biyukukung Suites & Spa is located in Ubud, around 10 minutes walk to Monkey forest and Ubud art market. It has outdoor pool, free Wifi access, spa, and restaurant. The rooms feature polished wooden flooring and sweeping views of the Balinese rice fields, A flat-screen satellite TV, and tea/coffee making facilities.
