Itinerary

Below is the itinerary for Meet the East Coast Adventure.

Sydney - Welcome Down Under (Thursday)

Welcome to Australia! Arrive in Sydney and check into your pre-tour accommodation. This arrival night is designed to give you time to settle in, recover from travel, and ease into East Coast life. Grab dinner nearby, explore the local area, or simply relax and get ready for the adventure ahead.

Bondi - Beach Vibes & Welcome Night (Friday)

Your East Coast adventure officially begins today.

In the morning, those keen can join the Nomads team for the iconic Coogee to Bondi coastal walk. This famous cliff-top trail takes you past six beautiful beaches, offering incredible ocean views along the way. There's time to swim, sunbathe, or simply soak up the scenery before finishing at world-famous Bondi Beach. In the afternoon, you'll meet your Meet Me East Coast leader and fellow travellers for a full welcome orientation. This session walks you through how the trip flows, what's included, and what to expect over the coming weeks, but more importantly, it's your first real chance to connect with the group you'll be travelling with. The night kicks off with a group welcome dinner, setting the tone for the journey ahead. After dinner, final trip details are covered before boarding the overnight bus north, officially launching your East Coast adventure.

Spot X - Surf Camp Life (Saturday-Tuesday)

Spend the next three days at Spot X, a beachfront surf camp tucked between Sydney and Byron Bay and surrounded by national parks and marine reserves. With waves out front, wildlife in the bush, and zero distractions, this is where East Coast life properly kicks in.

Your stay includes three surf lessons, suitable for beginners through to those looking to improve, plus plenty of downtime to relax, swim, and hang out with the group.
