Welcome to Hanoi! On arrival at the airport, you'll be met by your driver who will be holding a signboard with your name. Head out to your new home for a few nights: Hanoi Chic Hotel. Check-in and the rest of the day is at leisure so you can explore Vietnam's capital on your own.

Enjoy your morning and then head back to your hotel around noon and you'll be picked up by your own motorcycle driver from your hotel. Hop on the back of a good old Minsk motorcycle and start exploring some of the hidden gems of Hanoi's Old Quarter. We will drive through a maze of zig-zagging alleyways, from the Black Market to the French Quarter to the famous train streets and more! Along the way, we will make a couple of stops to give you a taste of some of the preferred street food delicacies. A fantastic way to explore the buzzing Vietnamese capital while filling your stomach with delicious food, all in the good company of your driver and a knowledgeable English-speaking guide. Expect to be back at your hotel in the afternoon with your stomach full and your head loaded with unforgettable memories.

The experience begins with a pick-up from your hostel, followed by a refreshing welcome drink made with fresh herbal ingredients. You will discover the history of Vietnamese coffee, learn about the growing and roasting processes of coffee beans, and gain useful tips on distinguishing good-quality coffee from poor-quality coffee. You will also explore the essential requirements and techniques for creating a great cup of coffee before enjoying a hands-on brewing session, preparing five different types of coffee under the guidance of local coffee experts: Vietnamese Egg Coffee, Vietnamese Ice Coffee with Milk, Vietnamese Coconut Coffee, Pour-Over Coffee, Signature Coffee with Jam & Local Wine. To add a fun and engaging element to the experience, you will be divided into teams for a coffee quiz, with awards presented to the winning team. 

Afterward, you can relax and enjoy the coffee that you have prepared. At around 12:00, you will be transfered back to your hotel.
