SUMMIT One Vanderbilt

Summit One Vanderbilt is an immersive observation experience located at the top of One Vanderbilt in Midtown Manhattan. It spans multiple floors, offering 360-degree views of New York City from over 1,000 feet above ground. The experience combines observation with art installations, creating a unique, reflective journey through mirrored spaces that amplify views of the skyline, including landmarks like the Empire State Building and Central Park.

Visitors begin with an ascent in high-speed elevators to “Air,” a space featuring floor-to-ceiling mirrors and glass ledges that give an illusion of floating above the city. The experience includes “Levitation,” where glass-floored ledges allow guests to step out and look directly down at the city below. Another section, “Ascent,” takes visitors in glass elevators up the exterior of the building, adding an open-air dimension to the experience.
