Zwack

The Zwack tour is a visit to the old distillery, namely the "Heart of Unicum" where you can follow the story of a very special drink and the family behind it. Dr. Zwack was the man who made the recipe to the very special dark-colored drink, he used a blend of more than 40 herbs to create it, and it became a very big success. The recipe has been protected by the Zwack family ever since. At the museum, you experience more than a 100 years old distilling systems, stone barrels - used for extraction - and aromatic herbs that might be a part of the Unicum's secret recipe. You will watch a film about the Zwack family’s and the Zwack company’s history as well, which is approximately 20 minutes, then the tour continues to the rest of the distillery.
Duration is 60-80 minutes, and is guided by a local English speaking guide.
