The East Side Gallery is a 1,316-meter-long remnant of the Berlin Wall, located on Mühlenstrasse in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district. The wall section is decorated by 118 artists from 21 countries.

The East Side Gallery is an open-air gallery that was completed in 1990. Artwork no. 66, "The Sky Over Berlin", was painted by two Danish artists, Karina Bjerregaard and Lotte Haubart.
