Competition Terms and Conditions
The Competition is open to people who are 18 years or older and are residents in Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and the UK, except for employees of Kilroy, their families and anyone else associated with either the company or the competition.
Kilroy reserves the right to verify the winner’s age and disqualify any winners under the age of 18 years old or whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition. Persons who submit an entry agree to these terms and conditions.
How to Enter
We are open for applications from the open date 01/05/24 to the final application date 31/05/2024. By entering the competition you agree to sign up to the KILROY newsletter and to receive communication from KILROY.
To be eligible to win the competition, you must complete the sign-up pop-up on this page (enable pop-ups in your browser if it's not showing) and tick the box to sign-up to our newsletter. By signing up to the KILROY newsletter you give us consent to send you communication via email, as well as reach out to you in case you have won the competition.
The Prizes
1. Participants in the Competition have a chance to win a trip for one person to North Queensland in Australia. Included in the prize are:
- Round-trip economy-class flights to Australia
- 10-day bedhopper pass from Nomads
- Greyhound bus pass from Brisbane to Cairns (or vice versa)
- Skydive provided by ExperienceCo
- Reefsleep provided by ExperienceCo
It's possible to extend your trip beyond the 10 days, at your own cost. We can help you with booking additional activities, accommodation and the like. If you decide to extend your stay in Australia, the flights are still paid for by KILROY as long as your trip does not extend past the 31st of December 2025.
2. All prizes will be provided by Kilroy International, Greyhound, Nomads, ExperienceCo and Tourism North Queensland. Participants are responsible for carrying valid photo IDs, passports, and any other required documentation such as visas, travel insurance and/or proof of vaccination, prior to departure, and are
responsible for all associated costs.
3. Prizes and their travel arrangements must be booked by 30/11/2024 for travel before 31/12/2025.
4. The prize does not include meals, airport transfers, or any other optional activities besides the inclusions stated above. The cost of these is the responsibility of the winner.
5. Prizes claimed are subject to Kilroy’s standard booking terms and conditions, which can be found here.
6. Prizes are subject to availability. Kilroy reserves the right to substitute the prize, or elements of the prize, with a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
Winners
For this competition there will be one winner randomly picked from all entries across the KILROY territories. The winner will be notified before 30th of June 2024 and will have until 07/07/2024 to accept their prize. Failure to do so may result in another participant being awarded the prize instead.
8. Kilroy’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
9. If winners are not able to book their prize by 30/11/2024, the prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner selected.
Responsibilities
10. The winner acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for any tax implications, including but not limited to income taxes, associated with receiving the prize.
11. Participants’ data will be processed by Kilroy and is subject to Kilroy’s privacy policy, which can be found here.
General
12. Kilroy reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude Participants from the Promotion if Kilroy has any reason to believe the Participant has violated these Terms and Conditions.
