The content of our fitness bootcamps in Thailand may vary, but as a starting point, the course consists of regular fitness sessions, as well as accommodation at our specially selected resorts. In addition, there are two meals included per day (breakfast and dinner), though not on Sundays. But you're spoilt for choice when it comes to food in Thailand, so this is a great choice to sample the local street food.
