Work & Travel Orientation
Orientation is at 10:00 Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
During your orientation, you will receive:

* Registration of Bank account (pre-departure), Tax File Number and Medicare (eligible countries) as well as assistance with Tax & Superannuation refunds.
* Mobile Phone Sim Card - Online Registration
* Discounted Training Courses (RSA/RCQ/White Card) as well as discounted Skill Courses (Bar, Cocktail, Coffee Skills)

Travellers at Work Membership
During their orientation at Wake Up! our team will show you where to go to meet the Travellers at Work job team. Access to apply for all jobs on the travellers at work - Jobs just for Working Holiday Visa travelers
* Half hour info session with a recruitment expert discussing available work, pay rates, essential training courses (RSA), getting your tax back, 2nd year visa extensions, voluntary work and WWOOfing.
* Resume assistance/review service
* Online resume for employers to view

Important Arrival Information
Sydney Airport arrival transfer included
Upon arriving please make your way to Bus Bay 12. Once you walk out of the arrivals gate, walk outside and Bus Bay 12 is a 50-meter walk from the exit on your right-hand side past McDonalds Restaurants. Should you have any problems, please call WAKEUP on +61 02 9288 7888 or Sydney Super Shuttle on 02 9697 2322 or alternatively, you can approach the Sydney Airport Information desks located on the arrivals level of the Terminal who can assist you with calling us. Please show this voucher to the driver. Your airport transfer is pre-paid with Sydney Super Shuttle Company only, not with any other shuttle bus company.
Late Arrivals
Due to local circumstances transfers after 21:00 will need to be reported to Wake Up! by email. If you need a transfer after 21:00, your Travel Advisor can help send an email to Wake Up! with the Wake Up! booking reference, date, flight number and arrival time. This will guarantee that you will have a transfer no matter the time you arrive. Failure to do so will result in not receiving a transfer.
Meals
Daily breakfast at Roy's Cafe in Sydney (from a selection of hot & cold options from our gourmet deli fridge) is included.
Wake Up’s Sydney's onsite café, bar and restaurant are yours to enjoy from sunrise through to the late evening. Roy’s Cafe is an open-air café, serving Aussie favourites for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with daily specials and barista-made coffee. Side Bar is an internationally recognised backpacker and student restaurant and bar. Open 7 nights a week with daily entertainment, live DJs and drink specials, this is your space to enjoy great food, meet other travellers and make trip-defining memories.
No meals are included at Bondi Beach.
